To facilitate environmental statutory compliance across.To review and finalize environmental related applications for approval like ToR (Terms of Reference) for ESIA (Environmental and Social Impact Assessment) studies, CTE, CTO, HWA, GW (Ground Water) extraction, etc.To supervise and follow up with the Contractors of EIA Consultants engaged by Company for the entire process of obtaining EC (Environmental Clearance), CRZ Clearance and FC (Forest Clearance);To review and finalize EIA/ESIA reports, EMPs/ESMPs (Environment Management Plans/ Environment and Social Management Plan) and others (prepared and submitted by the EIA Consultants)To identify relevant environmental statutory requirements and provide support/ facilitate for implementation at site.To review and finalize relevant environment related documents, procedures, reports, environmental management & monitoring plans, oil spill contingency plan, etc.To track project progress, attend progress review/ interface meetings & track open action itemsTo follow-up/ track regulatory & other requirement compliance in design, construction and drilling operations as applicableTo coordinate with the Third-party / Partners for Environmental Compliance MonitoringTo conduct Environmental trainings for operations team/ third-party/ partners.To ensure the timelines committed by the third-party are met by them and in case of deviation keep the Company Team appraised to enable timely remedial action.HSE inputs for Tender documents preparation and finalizationHSE evaluation of bids in OALP & DSF blocks/ ExplorationProcessing of invoices and follow up for payments to the NABET accredited contractors and Solid & Liquid Waste Disposal Service providers.Preparation and finalization of tender documents for Environment related services (Effluent Treatment, Solid/ Haz Waste Disposal, Liquid waste disposal, Env Compliance Monitoring etc.)Preparation of necessary documents and helping in raising Purchase Requisition for procurement, and Payment Request Form for making statutory fees for CTE, CTO and B2 EC applications, PESO etc.Preparation and submission of six-monthly EC compliance report and monthly CTO compliance report and filing of Haz Waste returns after post obtaining EC.Preparation and submission of Form-V (Environment Statement) and Form-4 (HW Return) on regular interval of time. Preparation and submission of project status to DGH, GoG, GoR, GoA & others.To support the statutory compliance audit by the Group/ Third Party appointed by the Group.
